Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

It takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse with 4-9 day trackable shipping. You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your order has been placed.

 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder to ensure it doesn't get lost.

If you can't find your email, please don't hesitate to contact us at kontakt@letsdiggit.se and we will assist you!

If the order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you may also need to pay a fee. 

Our prices are exclusive of VAT, and customs and import duties may therefore apply when the item comes from our warehouse in China. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these potential fees.

 

RETURNS

Should you for any reason wish to return your product, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, where you will receive a full refund upon return of the item, regardless of the reason. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
